How to Create a POM IT (Syncro) Billing Portal Account

This will explain how to get setup with the Syncro billing portal that you can use to pay invoices online as well as manage stored payment methods for recurring invoices.

1. POM IT will create a portal account for you and you will receive an email invite
2. You will receive an email
3. Click "Set Password" and a browser window will open
4. Create a password using the indicated guidelines
5. Once you have created a password click "Finish Registration"
6. Click "login here"

8. Enter username (will be the email the portal invite was sent to) and password
9. You will get prompted to setup MFA. Click "Setup MFA and access your account"
10. Using an MFA mobile app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, DUO Security, Authy etc add a new account by scanning the QR code
11. Enter the 6 digit code generated by the authenticator app, and then click "Enable Multi-Factor Authentication"  
12. You will now be prompted to download the recovery codes in case you lose access to the device that has the authenticator app (store in a safe place). If you want you can skip downloading the recovery codes and just use SMS recovery in the next step. You can also reach out to POM IT and they can reset it for you. Now Click next.
13. Setup Mobile Recovery in case you lose access to your authenticator app. Enter mobile number and click "Confirm Recovery Mobile"
14. Enter 6 digit code sent you in a text message, and then click "Confirm"
15. You will now be prompted for the 6 digit code from your authenticator app, enter it and click "Verify"
16. You are now logged into the portal!
17. Going forward you can log into the customer portal here portal.pomit.com
