How to Open a Support Ticket

  1. Email support@pomit.com and a ticket will automatically be created 
  2. Open a ticket from the POM IT windows agent installed on all computers
    1. Open the System tray and click on the POM IT icon
    2. Select "Open a Ticket"
    3. Fill in your contact information (often this information will be pre-populated already) and optionally take a screenshot to be uploaded to your ticket by selecting "include an image of my screen"
