How to Open a Support Ticket
- Email support@pomit.com and a ticket will automatically be created
- Open a ticket from the POM IT windows agent installed on all computers
- Open the System tray and click on the POM IT icon
- Select "Open a Ticket"
- Fill in your contact information (often this information will be pre-populated already) and optionally take a screenshot to be uploaded to your ticket by selecting "include an image of my screen"
- Open the System tray and click on the POM IT icon
